The client is responsible for ensuring items are treated with care and are not damaged, moved, or removed without prior consent.
Any loss, damage, or theft may be charged to the client at replacement or repair cost.
8. Liability
We take reasonable care in providing our services and handling staging items.
MAEVE Property Staging shall not be liable for:
Normal wear and tear
Pre-existing damage to the property
Losses resulting from third-party actions
Indirect or consequential losses
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Photography and Marketing
Unless otherwise agreed, MAEVE Property Staging reserves the right to photograph staged properties for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.
